Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lesinio Private Limited is committed to ensuring a transparent and customer-friendly process for cancellations and refunds. Please carefully review our policies below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through the Lesinio platform, including coaching sessions, venue reservations, and event participation.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. User-Initiated Cancellations

  • Coaching Sessions and Classes: Users may cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
  • Venue Bookings: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • Event Registrations: Cancellations for events are allowed up to 7 days before the event date for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

b. Lesinio-Initiated Cancellations

Lesinio reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the unavailability of a coach, technical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, users will be offered an alternative option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timelines specified in the Cancellation Policy above. Refunds are only applicable for payments made directly through the Lesinio platform.

b. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting support@lesinio.com with the following details:

  • Booking ID
  • User Name
  • Reason for cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the request.

c. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Lesinio is not responsible for delays caused by banking or third-party payment processors.

d. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Payments made for sessions, venues, or events that fall under the non-refundable cancellation timelines.
  • No-shows or failure to attend a booked session, class, or event.
  • Misuse or violation of Lesinio’s Terms and Conditions.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Users may request to reschedule their bookings (coaching sessions or venue reservations) up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are subject to coach/venue availability and must be coordinated through support@lesinio.com.

Event registrations cannot be rescheduled.

5. Special Considerations

Lesinio understands that emergencies may arise. If you have a valid reason for cancellation after the specified timelines, you may contact us at support@lesinio.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds or rescheduling may be granted at Lesinio’s sole discretion.

6. Changes to Policy

Lesinio reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or platform announcements.
